I graduated this weekend with a degree in computer science.
Plymouth State
I came here to play hockey for a team that mattered to a community. Hockey is how I find my place in one, and Plymouth was that for four years.
The thing about a small school in a small town is that you can't hide. Everyone knows everyone and everything. Some people love it. Some people hate it. I quickly learned to love it.
PSU tied me to many great people and many grand adventures.
The place
Plymouth and the White Mountains were my home. So much beauty. It's the kind of place that doesn't put on a show for you. You earn your way in, and once you're in, you're in. I was lucky to be taken in by it.
The team
Two championships. Neither of them mine alone. A constant flow of awesome dudes and a wonderful journey of progression we got to share together.
Family
Important people who made many trips out to see me, offering endless support. Very grateful.
Thank you, Plymouth!
